Meet Your Compassionate Therapists
Compassionate Counseling in Arvada
At New Heart Counseling Centers, we understand that the journey toward healing isn’t always a straight line. As a clinical startup, our mission is to provide a safe place to land through our dedicated team of licensed professionals and interns. We believe that life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, and we are here to ensure your story is held with the utmost care, dignity, and respect.
Serving the greater Colorado Front Range, our therapists have intentionally created a sanctuary where compassion meets clinical expertise. We invite you to Meet Your Compassionate Therapists to begin your work today. Central to our vision as a startup is our commitment to training the next generation of therapists, offering elite mentorship to interns and candidates to build a brighter, more accessible future for mental health care.
While our foundation is built on Christian values, our faith-sensitive team deeply honors your individual path and agency. We provide a nonjudgmental environment where you remain the expert on your own life and decide if, when, and how spirituality enters the conversation. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, or the echoes of trauma, our diverse team utilizes specialized, trauma-responsive approaches—including EMDR, DBT, CPT, and Interpersonal Neurobiology—to help you feel regulated and secure.
Beyond traditional therapy, New Heart Counseling Centers removes "being broken" from our vocabulary completely, focusing instead on helping individuals, couples, and families through "surviving brokenness." Through our clinical care and free community support groups for grief, boundaries, and codependency, we ensure that whatever you are carrying, you don't have to carry it in silence. We are here to walk beside you, at your pace, every step of the way.
